T he project was carried out during the expansion of the client's facility. The production hall is equipped with combined Belus 020 lamps with a power of 127W, adapted to control in the 1-10V mode. The lamps provide uniform illumination of the hall at the required intensity level. Additionally, CNO light intensity sensors are used to automatically adjust the lamp power to the amount of natural light, further supporting energy savings.

T he BELUS lamps used are characterized by high IP65 tightness, compact housing dimensions and a solid and durable body structure made of high-quality aluminum alloy. Additionally, the body, thanks to its structure, also serves as a heat sink, which significantly improves the operation of the LED modules used in these lamps. Moreover, the BELUS family has a brother called BSL, which was developed for low-voltage 12V - 24V LED lighting fixtures. BSL is the perfect solution for workplaces.

D uring the implementation, the lamp mounting was adjusted to enable it to be set at any angle in relation to the illuminated surface. Thanks to this procedure, we achieve high uniformity and precision in the illumination of processed materials and structures. Durable polycarbonate or PMMA lampshades can be easily cleaned of particles found in such areas. With a small energy input (approx. 170 W per station), we obtain high intensities enabling precise machining and construction work.

T raditional lighting based on fluorescent lamps was replaced with high-efficiency LED lighting. The main goal of the project was to create lighting that would evenly illuminate the working field on the welding table. In the opinion of our client, the goal was achieved and the lighting meets the high requirements for lamps operating in areas with difficult thermal conditions and pollution.
