T he LG company does not need to be introduced to anyone, LG Chem (and currently LG Energy Solution) is the largest tycoon in the electric car batteries industry, and currently LG batteries are used in about 25 brands of electric and hybrid cars. The largest battery factory is located in Nanjing, China, followed by the factory in Biskupice Podgórne, which was established in 2016 and launched in 2019.

I n the implementation of this order, we cooperated with an assembly company we know to run completely new cable routes and install the luminaires without any problems. The assembly team worked in a truly comprehensive and professional manner, thanks to which there was not even the slightest disruption.

A lready during the design process, the client was offered to control LED luminaires so that the new production halls would not only be adequately lit, but also be economical in maintenance, and thanks to additional lighting sensors, they would automatically react to potential lighting shortages.
1-10V dimming gives us a lot, among other things, it helps us save energy by allowing us to adjust the brightness of the lighting, when we do not need full lighting, we can easily reduce the brightness of the lights to save energy. I n the project we used our almost flagship product BELUS, especially its version GL-BELUS-02, the feature of which is that we can produce it in many options (size, light color, Ra, number of lumens...), the use of control is also not is no problem, and its PRO version can easily reach over 40,000 lumens, the largest size of the fixture gives us over 58,000 lumens, and it can have a built-in 1-10V system if this amount of light would be a bit too high at a given moment.

T he final stage of implementation was the appropriate setting of the control system - Globus Lighting specialists measured the lighting intensity. After analyzing the results, the luminous flux was reduced so as to maintain the desired lighting parameters while reducing the power of the luminaires. The modernized lighting met the customer's expectations, providing an average lighting intensity of 300 lx. Equally important was the positive opinion of the warehouse employees, who noted that their work comfort had significantly improved.
