Lighting of the "warm" zone in the production hall

A t Globus Lighting, we create modern LED lighting for industrial, office and street investments. This time we provided lighting for the "warm" zone in the production hall during the expansion of the client's facility.

T he project was carried out during the expansion of the facility. Specialized 150W HBL lamps were used, adapted to work at ambient temperatures up to +70C. The unique design of the lamp's heat sink with a vertical orientation facilitates "self-cleaning" of the device and efficient heat dissipation. This feature significantly extends the life of the lamp and maintains the luminous flux during many years of operation.

The high tightness of the lamp and the use of thick tempered glass in the lampshade isolates the lamp from unfavorable factors occurring in the production hall.

T he High Bay LED HBL industrial lamp has been designed to replace conventional light sources in industrial applications for rooms over 4 m high. High efficiency and durability of light sources allow for a significant reduction in lighting costs. In order to increase the light efficiency, the High Bay LED lamp is prepared to work with various reflectors, which are selected depending on the use of the luminaire.

D uring the implementation, specialized HBL lamps were used, which fulfilled their role perfectly. Thanks to the properties of the LED fixture, the glassworks is thoroughly illuminated, and the lighting itself is properly protected thanks to the appropriate construction. In the opinion of our client, the goal has been achieved, and HBL lighting meets the high requirements for lamps operating in a production hall, where there are very difficult thermal conditions and pollution.

And although it still serves its role for customers, we have created its successors, such as UHT , which has a more or less similar shape but much better parameters, or HSL , which has a huge ability to personalize the setting just as the customer wants.
